It’s important to us to get to know our employers, employees – and our community. One of our core values is passion, and we hope you enjoy these photos of three of our recent community outreach programs. Our corporate branch gave care packages to people in need, and we will never forget those special moments. Our Riverside branch gave children at Val Verde Elementary School in Moreno Valley a Holiday Surprise Day with a pizza party and personalized holiday stockings. How wonderful to see those smiles! Our Oxnard branch volunteered their time to the Lighthouse for Women & Children serving food and cleaning up. Having the opportunity to hear their stories and spend time with them was an eye-opening experience for the PrimeSkill staff.

Job Summary: The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities to support new revenue growth for specific geographic area(s).  Develop and implement sales strategies for new account prospects and work with Area Manager, and other sales staff to plan, conduct and follow up on sales calls. 

Job Title:  Sales Representative – Torrance, Ca.

Job Summary: The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities to support new revenue growth for specific geographic area(s).  Develop and implement sales strategies for new account prospects and work with Area Manager, and other sales staff to plan, conduct and follow up on sales calls. 

Job Title:  Sales Representative – Moreno Valley, Ca.

Job Summary: The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities to support new revenue growth for specific geographic area(s).  Develop and implement sales strategies for new account prospects and work with Area Manager, and other sales staff to plan, conduct and follow up on sales calls. 

Job Title:  Area Manager – Ventura County

Job Summary:  The Area Manager is responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of aligned Profit Centers within an assigned area. This includes overall responsibility for: Achieving market share growth as well as net operating profit results based on consistent day-to-day operational management practices, leading a high performance team including the recruitment and development of a high-performance staff, ensuring strong focus on client acquisition and service including recruiting and maintaining a talent pool of qualified candidates to fulfill client requirements, assessing and implementing a market-focused sales and business development strategy based on that current market, and leveraging community activities and relationships in order to influence decision-making and to demonstrate thought leadership.
